We take reservations for our first seating at 5 or 5:15 only. Everything after our first seating is on a walk-in, first come first served basis.

Old country Italian recipes
Although Giulio Pellegrini has retired and moved on, his Patricano recipes are still here. Kat and Dean Hoffman fell in love with La Rustica over 20 years ago and Kat has made it her mission to maintain the quality and essence that have always made La Rustica special. Our nightly specials, the Wild Boar Osso Bucco and the Roasted Lamb Shank have been featured in the restaurant for over 25 years.

I love this place. I have been there two times now while visiting Seattle. We had a wonderful waitress and the courses were spaced out fantastically. It gave us more than enough time to enjoy each course and not feel rushed. This places reminds me of an old school, east coast, Italian restaurant. They have tons of different options for the pasta lovers out there! Grazie, La Rustica!

Aweosme food with great portion sizes. Loved the ciopino and the risotto and linguine vongole. Our server was very nice and let us enjoy our dinner without coming over too much! Sat outside and enjoyed it. Will be back!

Found this gem of a restaurant last minute and absolutely adore it. It's small and tucked away. I had no idea this place existed so close to alki. We were seated outside right by the gate so I had an awesome view of the water.

I just had the pleasure of dining at this lovely Italian restaurant with my family and let's just say the chocolate cake is the BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! Do yourself a favor and order the chocolate cake..just trust me.

Hands down one of the best restaurants in West Seattle. This family owned restaurant is a gem. The food is authentic and fantastic every single time. It's a great place to have a celebratory dinner with a small party size or simply just a wonderful spot for a weekday or weekend dinner with the view of the sunset.
